"My experience with Dr Madani at UCSD Sulpizio Cardiovascular Center was world class. At every step along the way I was treated with a smile by caring professionals. Dr Madani gave me all the time I needed to ask any and all questions. I new right from the start of my visit that he was my surgeon. He's a great man, willing to take the time to talk and explain whats going on. My results have been fantastic. Surgery on Wednesday morning, home Saturday afternoon. Out and about with my wife for a small outing on Sunday. My first week home I was tired, but not uncomfortable. After four weeks I was feeling good and working some. After eight weeks I felt really good and working 4 to 6 hours a day. At ten weeks I went surfing and my life is back. Dr Madani is the best!! "

"Dr. Madani is an extremely talented and caring surgeon. He and his staff take them time to carefully and thoughtfully explain everything. My aortic valve replacement and patch on my ascending aorta went without a problem. Dr. Madani exudes confidence that is backed up by his record. My surgery was on a Wednesday, up and walking around UCSD Hospital on Friday and home on Saturday. Stopped by the pharmacy where I am the pharmacy manager and picked up my meds on the way home. Imagine the staff's surprise. It is now almost four years later and all is well. I cannot recommend him enough."
