"All business. Friendly and answered all my questions. Definitely knows his stuff! Cleveland Clinic is a large place, so he definitely focuses on the excellence of the surgery itself more than relationship building with the patient. But that is not to say at all that he’s not approachable or friendly because he is and I was joking around with him too. Really, I think all the surgeons at Cleveland Clinic seem great."

Dr. Marijan Koprivanac, heart surgeon, graduated from University of Zagreb School of Medicine, Zagreb, Croatia in 2009.
After medical school, Dr. Koprivanac completed a General Surgery Residency in 2019 at Cleveland Clinic. In 2021, he completed both a Cardiothoracic Surgery Fellowship at University of Pennsylvania and an Advanced Aortic Fellowship at Cleveland Clinic.
Dr. Koprivanac has received many awards and recognitions during his career including the following:
