Patient Recommendations (3)

"Dr. Pelletier was recommended to me by a previous patient who happened to be a Doctor. From my first meeting with Dr. Pelletier he was caring, reassuring, thorough, and mild mannered. He talked to me like I was his only patient, taking all the time that I and my husband needed to address our questions and concerns and options. He visited me several times post-op while I was in the hospital. My surgery for a valve replacement and aortic aneurysm went very smoothly. I recovered quickly and well with no complications."

"Dr. Marc Pelletier, a heart surgeon at the Brigham & Womens Hospital in Boston replaced my aortic heart valve with a cow valve, and performed a single bypass on my heart in February of this year. When meeting with him prior to surgery, he explained everything to me about the procedures, included me in the decision making process, and gave me an extraordinary amount of time to answer my questions and concerns. This Doctor is by far the finest that I have ever had experience with. He was most skilled in the operation itself, and I had complete faith in him and his team at the Brigham. During a six day recovery period in the Hospital, he visited each day, often with other staff.

This Doctor is the gold standard for heart surgeons . I am so lucky to have had Dr Pelletier for my heart surgeon and I wish that everyone with the need for such procedures could have him as well. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Pelletier to those considering a surgeon. He is the best!"

"Dr. Pelletier's bed side manner was exemplary in every manner. I was extremely happy with the results as I was released to go home after only (3) three days stay after the operation. I was in Friday and out Monday. Going on 1 week later and still doing unbelievably well. Once you meet this man, you'll come away with a feeling that he can calm all of your fears, and he will be your savior. "
