"DR. CRESTANELLO WAS THOROUGH WITH HIS EXAMINATION. HE EXPLAINED THE SURGERY AND MADE SURE I UNDERSTOOD THE PROCEDURE. HE WAS VERY PERSONABLE. HE AND HIS STAFF HAD GREAT BEDSIDE MANNER.
