"I had gone to the hospital for a simple angiogram but my cardiologist found a blockage and I was admitted for surgery that day.
Dr. Barrus came in and explained who he was and why I needed surgery as soon as possible. He spends the time explaining the who, what, when and why and keeps the patient calm by giving them his knowledge on their upcoming procedure. This was the first time I had been admitted to a hospital and I was pretty confident that I was in great hands.
I am over two years from surgery and I still appreciate all that Dr. Barrus and his team did for me and my wife. I can never say thank you enough for the care before-and-after surgery by his team.
