After medical school, Dr. Ward completed a General Surgery Residency at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky in 2017 and a Cardiothoracic Surgical Fellowship at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago, Illinois in 2020. Dr. Ward is board-certified in General Surgery and Thoracic and Cardiac Surgery.
