Lawson, great to hear that Rach is making some really positive steps. It is good to hear that you can see the difference, soon Rach will feel it. Sounds like Rach hit the blues day, emotionally the toughest.
Rach, You are now streets ahead of where you were. Every new day for all of us who have been through heart surgery is a blessing and you have many, many more days to look forward to. Easy to say but please don't fret, the fear will go away - think of the best, happiest and safest place you would like to be, and imagine yourself there. Then nice and easy does it.
All the best

Thanks for the update, Lawson. We've been wondering all day how things have been going and assumed that "no news is good news". We are thrilled with the objective progress, but sorry to hear about Rachel's fears. We're sure that your calming presence will be a tremendous comfort. One up-side of hearing about difficulties and anxieties is that it gives the army of prayer warriors something specific to work on. Our love to you all, as usual.

Dearest Rachel
Fantastic news that all is still going well and there is some light at the end of the tunnel for you at last.
It still continues to amaze me how you have continued to look on the bright side of life and get on with things despite being in pain, restricted and fearful.
Your doing so well and we are all so proud of you and the team around you. Keep going Rachel, and enjoy your recovery to health and all the unrestricted things you are now able to do. Life will never be the same for you I know but there are endless possibles yet to be discovered.
Our love to you, Lawson, Peter, Caroline and Vicki. X

Wow, I was offline for a day or so and wha'la! Rach has had a heart transplant! I am so happy to hear she is doing so well so soon after surgery. Praying that she doesn't get a infection. She SO deserves to heal and be out of the woods for she has gone through enough! She is a trooper and is always in my thoughts and prayers as are Lawson, Vicki and Dad. (Hope I didn't forget a family member!).
Once she is feeling better and as long as she agrees, can you please post a picture of her? Sending my love from across the pond! Lori Sobrero Hood River, OR

Hi
Your mum and dad join me and others early on a Wednesday morning to pray together. The group have been praying for you and your family ever since you went into hospital. There's been loads of prayer for you in this part of Northumberland - not just in Cramlington. So good to hear about your new heart and prayers continue for your recovery - and with thanks to the donor and their family.
"May the Lord bless you and keep you, make His face to shine upon you and give you peace" - and also - healing and wholeness in body, mind and spirit!
Blessings - from Jac Ramsay
