Babs, so sorry to hear that Nancy is having such a rough time. I continue to pray that she will turn around and start to make great progress. Do you mind if I put her name on our prayer list at church? I can make it anonymous, but when I pray, I like to be specific, not that the Lord doesn't already know who I'm praying for, but I just do. Let me know when you get the chance if it is okay. In the meantime, I pray that our heavenly Father will take this situation over, guide the physicians in the right direction and wrap your mom in His loving arms of comfort and complete peace. I pray too for relief, rest and peace of mind for you and your family. Amen.
Please keep us updated and God bless!
Nancy, just got the chance to look at your web-site, you know company and all.
Thought surely you'd be home.
Just listen to the doctors and stay as long as needed.
Your in our thoughts and prayers.
Doris & Mercer
Now I know you are getting tired of that hospital and that you want to come home...patience is a virture, so they say, so practice patience, patient, but hurry up and come on home...miss you!!! You're in our prayers!!! Faye & Teddy
Hi Nancy, just wanted to wish you a good day and let you know that your fellow Heart Valve Journal "valvers" are still praying for your continued recovery. Looks like you have had quite the journey. Hang in there, soon you will have it all behind you. May God bless you and your family.
Well, Christmas 2011 is behind us. Guess you found it difficult to believe it was here and gone! Even though the timing was not right, we know the hospital was the place for you this year. The sooner you had the operation, the sooner your life will be back to as normal as possible. Did you have your ice cream treat yet?? Hope it agreed with your system. I will not be up to the hospital to see you. I had a bad fall off a three foot ledge in our garage Dec. 3rd. Although no bones were broken, it jolted my whole body, and I am cut and bruised in many places. It hurts to walk. Time will heal. The same goes for you, Nancy, "time will heal". If there is anything Don and I can do for you and Babs when you get home, please let us know.
Jean & Don
Good Christmas Morning!. Just wanted you all to know we are thinking of you on this Christmas. Remembered you in our prayers in church last night. Still in our PJs; just like you! Going to Laura's this afternoon. Hope you continue to make a good recovery. Love, Ed and Marion
Hi Nancy, so happy to hear your doing well.
Passed by and saw lights on in your home, must have been Babs, thought maybe you were home, was going to check on you today, Sat. Figured I'd check your website first, glad I did.
Mickie is back at the nursing home, was able to see her yesterday for a short time.
This week has been crazy, will try to stop by mon. or tues. before Mercers family comes.
Well, you decided to spend Christmas away...that's okay...Teddy did one Christmas not long ago...I think you two just like the big old heart suite and staying away from home. I left a poinsettia outside your front door today for you to enjoy (thought you might be coming home). Anyway, Babs can enjoy and/or take to you, if she would. I'm trying not to spread my germs since I've been sick now going on 3 weeks with a cough and cold. Hurry home!!!!!!
It was good to hear your voice, have been running around as usual. Visited the ladies from Carolina House yesterday as well as worked at the church, we had a little Birthday party for Jean.
Mickie is in the hospital with pneumona and urionary track infection, her daughter does not want visiters, today is her B'day. Hope to see you soon.
Hi Ms. Nancy. It is so nice to hear you are enjoying your suite, but enough is enough...get well and get back home!!! This hood needs you!! Glad to hear all the positives, keep up the good work and if Santa knocks on my door, asking for you, I keep whatever he leaves until you get home. You're in my prayers and thoughts. Love, Faye
Hi Babs & Nancy, It was good (and a surprise) to hear your voices--especially Mom's. She sounds so good--considering. Hope and pray the intravenous works, and she will be back on "normal" food soon. Keep thinking positive. Laura & Heather are here until tomorrow and say hi. Love, Marion (Aunt Mimi)
Ms. Nancy: Keep improving so you can come home soon. It's lonesome, knowing you are not in the neighborhood. Of course, we know your suite at the heart center is nice, but home is much better...I know your kitty misses you too!!! Hurry home!!! Faye
Hi Nancy and Babs...It was so great to talk to you yesterday...you sound good. Babs thought it was you she sounded younger... You rest my friend and Babs is there anything I can do? Please ask...Love to you all
Sounds like your Mom is doing great--considering. Glad to hear it. Prayed for her in church this morning. Could you email phone number for her or at least the hospital. Also do you know when she will be moved to re-hap center? Would like that address and phone number too. Give her our love. Marion & Edwin
