Good morning, everyone! Although it's dull and overcast here in Long Beach, based on Jason's report from last night it's a beautiful, sunny day for Melissa and all who love her. I spoke to Kathy last night and she told me all about yesterday and how good the girls were at the hospital. Let's chalk that up to their wonderful parents. I'll be waiting for more good news throughout the day...Love to all! Sharon

Jason, please know that Melissa as well as all the family are in the forefront of my prayers. With all the support she has from friends and family I'm confident all will go well and she will be up and around before you we know it. My love to all. Sharon
I knew about recall your mom mentioning about your heart condition when we were painting together. However, I was surprised when she told me just a few days ago that you were going to have to have surgery. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family and look forward to hearing good news in your husbands posts.
Didn't want to miss saying good luck before you leave for your surgery so....good luck. Best advice - take pj's rather than a nightie and definitely an I-pod or some such thing for soothing entertainment. Listening to your own music will really help calm your nerves. I'll be looking forward to watching for your husband's postings as to your progress. You are in my prayers.
Hi Melissa,This is Vito,I'm praying you will pull through this with flying colors knowing how strong you are.I'll always remember when you worked at Sears as a young girl out of high school.I'll be thinking of you and praying that you'll get over this OK.
Hey there Melissa,
Wishing you the best and a speedy recovery..I knew of your condition prior to this but this is a surprise and I wish you all the strength, courage and love....with my prayers, Stephanie Ballard
I knew it was serious (being that I've known about your condition since grade school) but I didn't put to much thought into it since you did live such a normal life. However reading about the condition really brings it home for me. I'm much, MUCH more concerned then before. I'm wishing you all the best this Wednesday. Please let me know when I can come a visit after the surgery. Maybe I can keep Jason company. I've got 80's Trivia Pursit! :0) (A little smile/laugh always helps.) Again, I'm here and well be thinking about you and your family.
