I'm so glad to hear that everything appears to be going good. Now the real fun begins.

Make sure that you listen to the nurses and doctors. They have gone through the recover process many more times that we have. Also. caregivers take care of yourself and your real work beings after you get home.

Since you didn't log in days (or weeks ago) I have to assume you've done all your homework and you are well prepared for tomorrow's surgery. Are they planning on a repair or replacement of the aortic valve? It's pretty amazing how people learn of the seriousness of their valve as you did. Thank God as you won't suffer with so many complications if you waited too long. I pray for a successful surgery tomorrow. Seems you have a great support system in place. It helps.
