We all at Hunter's Creek Elementary are thinking of you sooo very much and pray for a great surgery and fast healing!!! I found out from Wendy at JVK Hair saloon(I go there, too) that you were having the surgery. I am soooo glad she let me know so I could let you know we are all praying for you and thinking of you! as my mom always said, "keep you chin up" Take care and looking forward to hearing how well you did!!! Your patient, Connie Kiewel
You have way to much to do in this life time, so I am sure the prayers and blessings will help you make it through this bump in the road of your life. You won't need a "good luck cheer", since you have the best of the best taking care of you. I will see you in a few short weeks.
Our G-d, G-d of our forefathers and foremothers, have compassion over us and hear our prayer with mercy and will. Please guide all who do your commandments and all of your work that they may do their work in an appropriate and nice way. Please grant us complete healing, healing of the body and healing of the soul. And give a blessing to our family members who are worried for us and who care for us. Thank you G-d. Amen.
May the One who blessed our ancestors --
Patriarchs Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob,
Matriarchs Sarah, Rebecca, Rachel, and Leah -bless and heal the one who is ill: Jeff, Son of Lenore & Al Shebovsky.
May the Holy Blessed One overflow with compassion upon him, to restore him, to heal him, to strengthen him, to enliven him.
The One will send him, speedily, a complete healing.
Healing of the soul and healing of the body --
along with all the ill, among the people of Israel and all humankind, soon, speedily, without delay,
and let us all say: Amen!

I am pretty well hooked up in alot of top restaurants that are difficult to get in to. What is your exact day of your surgery? If you or your family need any help while you are here, I would be more than happy to help. Good luck again. You will do awesome.
Jeff, i am so glad we were able to meet today and that we can see how great Chris is doing. You are on your way! Enjoy the day tomorrow in NYC and we will chat soon. Less than a week from now, you will be feeling great. Also, enjoy that relaxing meditation. It is a great thing.
Hi Dr. Jeff,
I missed you the few times I was in the office, you were with other patients and I didn't want to interrupt. I'm sending positive thoughts and energy, many prayers and I will send a Prayer Request here at work on your behalf. I have been praying since I got the news and have had an overwhelming sense of confidence during my prayers that your surgery and recovery will be a complete success. For ALL that you have done for so many others, it will come back to you ten-fold.
See you back in Orlando soon!
Hi Jeff. My name is Rob Goldberg and I am a fellow new yorker and a chiropractor as well. My cardiologist is Dr. Jonathan Halperin with Mount Sinai. It is an awesome hospital with great doctors.Your story sounds very familiar to mine as well. I am super healthy and very athletic except for the fact that I have bavd as well and an ascending aortic aneurysm which measures 4.7-4.8 cm. I have been monitored for 10 years with no symptoms, mild-mod ai qnd virtually no change in my echo except for the fact that my aneurysm keeps growing, Anyway just wanted to wish you the best of luck with your surgery and i am sure you will do awesome. As you can see i am not to far off from surgery myself and you have been quite inspirational to me. If u need anyone to toggle your atlas no problem. Lol. Good Luck.
Wishing you a successful surgery and speedy recovery. I'll bring you some homemade chicken soup next week, if you like that and your doc says it is ok. Otherwise, I'll talk to Carol and she can tell me what you like. You'll be in my prayers. Adar is a month in which good things have happened for the Jewish people so you couldn't have picked a better month for your surgery.
I have been thinking about you today. Next week at this time you will not only be on the other side of this you could possible be getting ready to be discharged. I promise you that not only will you do this well, you will surprise yourself at how well.
I will keep sending the prayers and positive thoughts your way.
Jane (13 weeks and absolutely fine since week 4)
Heaven is being stormed by prayers and candles for you were lit in church as of this morning. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
You are the best and we have every failth that you will breeze through this event as you have done with every other thing you have accomplished in your life.....with a high degree of success... as a husband, a father, a familiy member, a physician, and a friend. And now your turn as a patient.
Wishing you well..............
John and Arlene
And remember, I have personally asked the nurses at Mt. Sinai to check your catheter frequently!
Can't believe it's your turn already. I have been thinking about this day for over 20 years. Ever since I found out that I had a bicuspid aortic valve. I haven't had the need for surgery yet, but I feel as I am going through the prelims just reading all your posts. I feel I will be so much better prepared for when it's my time just having you there to talk with. Wish I had some advice for you. You seem to have a ton of people in you corner with lots of insight.
I know you will come through with flying colors. You are extremely well prepared. You have excelled in everything you have ever done and this will be no different. The big cry you talk about, I have had many of those just thinking about you. It's has taken me a while to write, because every time I start, I can't bring myself to finish. But I just wanted you to know that YOU have been in my thoughts everyday since I found out that you needed surgery. I look forward to coming to see you after your out in NYC. If there is anything you, Carol or the family need, don't hesitate. Wishing you all the best, talk to you next week.
Boy are you ready!!! I would expect nothing less. Enjoy this weekend with the family. Looking forward to a great dinner in NYC Monday with you and your family. Then, you will rock this! No doubt about it.
Keep up all the good prep work. You da man!
