Hi! So glad everything went fine on the 20th and your surgery date follows so closely. WOW! It is the 31st tomorrow.
Jeff has been sidelined from skiing for the past 3 weeks. Tore his PCL. Has been going to PT 2x wk. and gym other days then back to orth. dr. Tues. Surgery date for my left thumb {and I'm left handed} is 3/18 in NYC, to put my thumb back on its base. Yet another "screw" in my body. Already have one in my femur and one in my tibia. I have an entirely new definition for being "screwed" at 62. Prefer the former!! HA! Barb, at this point, we're soo lucky for these great doctors.
Sending another long distance hug your way (wrap those arms around your bod again). Will stay in touch!

I'm glad that you got February 3rd as your surgical date. With all the positive energy flowing your direction you should be up and about in no time!....especially for the Spring RE market that you want to be ready for.

We'll all be thinking of you and praying that all goes well. One tip, after the procedure, take it really easy for a week and DON'T LIFT anything heavy. My hubby didn't pay attention to doc's orders and ended up in the emergency room because we the incision site started leaking.

Good luck, Barbara. You should be having your test today. You are fortunate that you do not have to travel for your surgery. I am going To the Cleveland Clinic (OH) fro SW FL where I live. In March will have an aortic and mitral valve replacement by Dr. Gullinov.
