Thanks to the members of this wonderful community, I am happy to share that the beta test of our new Heart Valve Chatbot<\/a> was a tremendous success. As you might recall, the new Heart Valve Chatbot was created with the support of over 100 leading heart valve doctors and thousands of patients.<\/p>\n

For the beta test, we evaluated 920 chats between the patients in our community and the new Heart Valve Chatbot that is powered by artificial intelligence. Satisfactions surveys were then provided to patients at the end of each chat.<\/p>\n

I am happy to report that the Heart Valve Chatbot received a score of 4.7 out of 5! Amazing!<\/p>\n

Pursuant to the satisfaction surveys, we learned that there were many features of the new Heart Valve Chatbot that patients appreciated including the helpfulness of the responses, the speed of the responses, and the ease-of-use. More Opportunities for the Heart Valve Chatbot<\/h2>\n

In addition to the positive feedback about the Heart Valve Chatbot, we also received excellent feedback from patients and the technology to make the new application even better.
\nThe opportunities for improvement included (i) updating select educational content shared by the Heart Valve Chatbot, (ii) establishing new patient pathways to quickly access the most-used features of the website and (iii) further integrating content specific to patient requests.<\/p>\n

That said, we have already taken many steps to address these opportunities to enhance the Heart Valve Chatbot performance.<\/p>\n

Full Chatbot Roll-Out Happening Now!!!<\/h2>\n

Given the success of the Heart Valve Chatbot beta test, we are now rolling out this new technology across 20,000 pages of content at HeartValveSurgery.com. That said, you will see the Chatbot is available in the bottom-right section of each page all viewports \u2013 smart phones, tablets and desktop.<\/p>\n
