I just happen to work on the Mother Baby Unit and NICU in the hospital. So, I&#8217;m lucky to get in approximately 5,000 steps most days! I\u2019ve been there 26 years. I may go home tired but I take the opportunity to deposit gratitude for new precious lives and pray for those who are in our care struggling.<\/p>\n<p>I am an avid swimmer (or at least a decent one). I generally swim about 1-3 miles per week.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-38103\" src=\"https:\/\/www.heart-valve-surgery.com\/heart-surgery-blog\/..\/Images\/susan-hospital.jpg\" alt=\"Heart Surgery Patient In Hospital\" width=\"600\" height=\"314\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Thank you Adam for all the tender loving care (TLC), valuable research, your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.heart-valve-surgery.com\/journals\/\">patient community<\/a>, and the five-star service you provide heart valve patients, their families and friends.
