I have an update about Traver!!!<\/p>\n<p>As you might recall&#8230; In January, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.heart-valve-surgery.com\/heart-surgery-blog\/2021\/01\/07\/traver-gift-of-life\/\">HeartValveSurgery.com community sponsored the much-needed surgery of Traver<\/a>, a courageous 2-year old boy from a small village in Uganda, who was suffering from a life-threatening form of heart disease.\u00a0 <\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, Traver&#8217;s surgery was delayed by several months. I\u2019ve been getting lots of questions about Traver. As you might recall\u2026 Traver is courageous two-year old boy from a small village in Uganda who was suffering from a very complex form heart disease.<\/p>\n<p>Back in January\u2026 When we heard about Traver, the HeartValveSurgery.com community, along with our Partners at Gift of Life International \u201ctook action\u201d to sponsor and coordinate Traver\u2019s life-saving operation at Wolfson Medical Center in Israel.<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, Traver\u2019s surgery was delayed by several months. However\u2026 I am very excited to share some incredible news that came in from Sunday John Bosco at Open Heart Uganda.
