With that said, I spent some time researching coumadin medication interactions.<\/p>\n<p>Here is a quick list of the common Coumadin medication interactions I located:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Amiodarone<\/li>\n<li>Cimetadine<\/li>\n<li>Clofibrate<\/li>\n<li>Cotrimoxazole<\/li>\n<li>Erythromycin<\/li>\n<li>Fluconazole<\/li>\n<li>Isoniazid<\/li>\n<li>Metronidazole<\/li>\n<li>Miconazole<\/li>\n<li>Omeprazole<\/li>\n<li>Phenylbutazone<\/li>\n<li>Piroxicam<\/li>\n<li>Propafenone<\/li>\n<li>Propanolol<\/li>\n<li>Sulfinpyrazone<\/li>\n<li>Acetaminophen (Tylenol\u00ae)<\/li>\n<li>Anabolic steroids<\/li>\n<li>Aspirin<\/li>\n<li>Chloral Hydrate<\/li>\n<li>Ciprofloxacin<\/li>\n<li>Dextropropoxyphene<\/li>\n<li>Disulriam<\/li>\n<li>Quinidine<\/li>\n<li>Phenytoin (Dilantin\u00ae)<\/li>\n<li>Simvastatin<\/li>\n<li>Tamoxifen<\/li>\n<li>Tetracycline<\/li>\n<li>Influenza vaccine<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I hope this helps explain some of the Coumadin medication interactions.
