First, Ken&#8217;s letter thanked us for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.heart-valve-surgery.com\/heart-surgery-blog\/2010\/03\/31\/donation-adam-pick\/\">our recent $5,000 donation<\/a> to <em>Gift of Life<\/em>.
