For that reason, I have traditionally offered international readers an eBook version of <em>The Patient&#8217;s Guide To Heart Valve Surgery<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>However, that officially changed today!<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to Andy, my programmer, and the United States Postal Service, my book can be sent to over 150 countries using an automated payment and mailing service.
