You will quickly note there are several\u00a0advanced features of the database including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A completely revised look (shown below). I found a web design team that made the database incredibly easy for patients and caregivers to use.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp; <\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.heart-valve-surgery.com\/Images\/heart-valve-database.gif\" \/><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Over 470 surgeon profiles!!! Thanks to your contributions, the database now has surgeon reviews from patients in 25+ countries around the world.<\/li>\n<li>New surgical procedure descriptions.\u00a0On the &#8220;Search Surgeons&#8221; page, we created pop-up windows which describe the different types of heart valve surgery.<\/li>\n<li>A new, easy-to-remember\u00a0domain name. You can now access the database directly at <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.heart-valve-surgery.com\/surgeon-database\/home.php\">www.HeartValveSurgeons.com<\/a><\/strong>. And, if you look above, you will notice a permanent link to &#8220;Heart Valve Surgeon Database&#8221; is at the top of every page in this blog.<\/li>\n<li>Special <em>Featured Surgeon<\/em> page. Each month, we are going to feature one\u00a0surgeon that you\u00a0nominate.<\/li>\n<li><em>Interactive Listings<\/em> for heart valve surgeons. Now, sponsor surgeons have interactive buttons which read <em>&#8220;Learn More&#8221;<\/em> and <em>&#8220;Contact Surgeon&#8221;<\/em>. The <em>Learn More<\/em> buttons hyperlink to dedicated, surgeon profile pages which provide patients with biographical information, educational videos and more. Also, patients and caregivers can now contact surgeons directly through special <em>Contact Surgeon<\/em> buttons. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.heart-valve-surgery.com\/surgeons\/dr-Paul-Stelzer-New+York-New%20York.php\"><br \/>\n<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Thanks again to all the former patients\u00a0that contributed your surgeon profiles to the database!
