"Dr. Azakie was very professional, positive and reassuring. He explained the procedure and the possible complications very well. He solicited my preference about a surgical option, which I in turn left up to his best judgment. After meeting with Dr. Azakie I was very much more at ease with what was about to happen. After the surgery he visited with me twice over the next three days. He explained everything that happened during the surgery and made sure I was aware of my physical limitations during my rehabilitation.
He has a quiet confidence about him that is quite contagious. I hope not to have another surgery for a long time, but when the time comes, I'd be happy to have him holding the scalpel next time around."
