I am getting closer to that all 100% I am feeling about 95% scar doesn't realy look all that bad. To all please follow your doctors instructions, and don't lift enything heavy. Hope every one has a merry cristmas and a happy new year.

Well its been about 5 weeks now and I am feeling about 90% keep on walking if you can and try to eat healthy, avoid fast food and eat alot of fruit.Hope every one had a good thanksgiving and hope everyone has a great cristmas and a happy new year.

Just wanted to say Happy Thanksgiving to all. I am geting alot better have been walking alot, please walk as much as you can its the best exercise that you can do and believe me it works.
