Wow, its hard to keep track of time...some things are still a little foggy. This morning I did a 20 min. walk outside around the block twice. ..a. big improvement. Yesterday was my post op visit...lungs better and I've lost the 9 pounds of fluid..Yeah!! My I & R (blood thinness) did drop,..so have to increase my warfarin....prob too many salads. OK to fly back home to Colorado tomorrow. .......can't wait to get home....been in Ccleveland 3 weeks total. Nice city, but you sure don't hear anything about our Rockies...hee hee

I cannot believe the amazing improvement after ONLY two days out of hospital. Entire body seems to be getting back to normal......got my "smile" back in my walk, my voice back to normal, appetite back to normal, sleeping normal, breathing much, much better. Today I'm doing 2-15 min walks instead of 3 shorter walk. .plus, I am up and around all day. It is absolutely amazing.....Yahoo!!!!

Hot beef sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy. Now , I know I need to watch my salt....but this was a must. My sister and I laughed ....our focus will be where and what to eat, and of course, our walks. It is very nice here in the atrium room in the lobby (where there is Wi Fi) sitting in front of the fireplace...no fire, but reminds me of home..Colorado.
