Cardio rehab has been great. It seems to start out slow, but they monitor your progress well and move you up accordingly. I am improving with each visit and it helps me to be patient with myself. Glad to here that everyone is doing fine.Remember what Adam says "Keep on... Read more.

Yesterday I signed up for cardio rehab. Currently walking three miles a day, which I will continue to do. I have signed up for 36 visits, but hope not to go that long. Have any of my HVJ friends gone for that length of time and did it help in... Read more.

Went to see my surgeon and cardiologist yesterday and was given the green light!!! Everything is going well and follow up in three months with the cardiologist. Will be setting up appts. for cardo-physical rehab today. Hopefully will be starting my home testing for coumadin in the next couple of... Read more.
