Here it is nearly 4 months since my heart valve surgery and I feel so blessed to be on the road to recovery. My surgery went well, my recovery has gone well, my healing continues and now my rehab phase 2 is ending. I am continuing my rehab at St. Luke's Hopsital in Chesterfield, MO where there is a wonderful staff and great facility. Thanks for the words of encouragment from all my heart valve friends. Also, those who are waiting can trust that Adam Pick has set up a wonderful tool in this web site to assist you so you may have a successful surgery. May you have a blessed hollday season

It has been wonderful to have cardiac rehab 3 times a week. A plus is that I have dropped 10 pounds and am close to my high school weight! My only issue is htat the BP systolic reading still stays a bit high, and the bottom of my sternum still hurts a bit. But it has only been 7 weeks!!
