It has been wonderful to have cardiac rehab 3 times a week. A plus is that I have dropped 10 pounds and am close to my high school weight! My only issue is htat the BP systolic reading still stays a bit high, and the bottom of my sternum still... Read more.

What a surprise when I could not exercise today. My rehab program is going well, except today I could not exercise because my BP was 200/100. I am working with the cardiologist to get my blood pressure under control.
