In just a matter of 2-3 weeks, i will undergo aortic valve replacement. When I was diagnosed with severe aortic stenosis mid June 2010 and was told that I my aortic valve has to be replaced, it created a lot of trouble, I was emotionally and physically affected. I have so many questions in my mind, but I have no one to talk to because I haven\'t met or talked to any person of similar case as mine. I resorted to surfing the net about this condition only to find one and only solution, I really need a heart valve replacement with the symptoms and diagnosis I have. Until finally I found Adam Pick\'s website. I ordered the book \"The Patient\'s Guide to Heart Valve Surgery\". I was enlightened that I do not have to worry about the surgery. Now I am completely ready emotionally, physically and spiritually.I just hold on to my FAITH that I can make it. I will follow Adam Pick\'s advice what to bring to the hospital aside from the physical items, the \"Top 5 Invisible Things To Bring to the Hospital\": Courage,Trust, Healthy Thoughts, Patience and Love!
