What wonderful news that you did so well they released you early. Nothing like being in your own home to recover! I imagine you are sleeping in a recliner or propped up in bed? Your partner is a keeper, going through trials either strengthens or weakens a relationship. Yours is stronger.Keep us up to date.

Dear "Jo", I was glad to hear you are out of ICU. It's a bit exhausting at first. Take a nap when you need to as well as pain meds. Also ask questions- they expect that, and it helps in your recovery. Wishing you good thoughts and sending love your way. Love, Mary lou, your sister-in-law

Now that the old chassis has a new part, she should really be classy!

JoAnne, I am so happy for you and wish you all the best. I say "shungo, shungo, shungo" meaning "heart" in Quichua, the language of the Incas. It is one of the healing chants of the Ecuadorian shamans to make sure that there are no barriers in your path to recovery. Shungo, Shungo, Shungo!

Hi Joanne,
Tomorrow is the beginning of your new life. How exciting! Our lives are very much alike. My Mom passed away 7 years ago, and my Dad has been lost without her ever since. I take care of him, splitting my time here and at my fiances'. Dad will be staying with us at my fiances' while I recuperate. My surgery is May 19th.
All the best to you, and I will be thinking of you tomorrow and you will be in my prayers.
