Sooooo glad to hear Jamie is doing good, now, everything should be looking up for her, now. The worst is definitely over and she will be good as new before she knows it. Jamie, have not heard anything in couple of days----update please

Jamie-
I have been thinking about you so much. I really appreciate this journal that helps us get posted. You are constantly in my prayers. John's mom passed away on the 27th. She was 91. We have a memorial service for her at Vance Presbyterian in wheeling and buried her cremated remains in Davis WV this past Thursday. She lived a wonderful full life and her body just wore out. Well, I will continue to check on you. Look to the Lord and take it one day at a time. Love to you and your family, Jane

I have been following Brooke's wonderful updates. Earlier this evening, I mentioned to my Bob that I wondered if there was a way to write a note to you and lo and behold, Brooke's post tonight mentioned that she had read to you other posts from the Guestbook! Don't laugh because I know it would hurt, but I am as inept about this as I am about Facebook! I looked and found in LARGE PRINT, the words My Guestbook and voila! I am so glad you are doing so well. You are a strong woman. Take baby steps my dear friend. Rome wasn't built in a day and neither will be your recovery. Sounds to me like you are making incredible progress already. Soon you will be home in your own comfy bed and that will make a world of difference. Hang in there and God Bless.

fortunately do not know anything about ICu or care to, but aware you need to work to get out of there. Jamie, my dear cousin, you of all people, can and will, with the help of all your beliefs and friends and others guiding you! Think yourself totally out of the pain....think of the cruise, think of the beaches, think of sunsets, and visualize yourself there. Breathe and thankfully Breathe, And know we all are praying for your recoup. t be better. Have to apologize..had the kitten in front of screen, so typo's are abundant. Cats are wishing you well also, they always know! j and d

We will Pray for "Peace" for Jamie. I know it's been a tough two days, but we'll Pray things will be better from now on. ICU is a good place to be, because they really keep an eye on you there, but hopefully she will be able to go to a room tomorrow. Tell her it will take time, but she will be good as new before long, and it will all be worth it.

ICU is tough and a blessing.....I was in there with post surgery complications for 8 days! While its happening you dont appreciate it but in ICU you dont have to lift a finger everyone does everything for you....when you are released to the regular hospital you dont feel as "important"....walking albeit very difficult will help the road to recovery.....a week from now all will be better, a month from now all will e improving, etc etc........GOD BLESS YOU ALL
