Gary my prayers are with you, my own surgery is set for 27th, we are so close, I am looking forward to your thoughts on how it goes.

I am really looking forward to my surgery, I am tired of this ridiculously loud heart murmur, but look at it as the first day of the rest of your life! You have so many people praying for you, that you will come out of this with flying colors!

You are just about set. It's pretty exciting to think what they can do.
I thought the first day after surgery would be the worst, but It was not bad at all. Each subsequent day has its difficulties, but nothing you need to be heroic for!

How nice to have a personal recommendation from someone who has actually had countless opportunities to see your surgeon in action prior to your operation! My surgery was 7/20/10. I do not remember anything of the day of surgery, but the recovery was much easier than I had anticipated. You will be in my thoughts and prayers and I wish you a successul surgery and speedy recovery.
