Hey Cindy, You will do great. You are ready and God will be there holding your hand the whole time. It is a great feeling.. Everyone is right dont take jewerly or anything valueable. Hi Cindy, you will be amazed how calm you'll be Monday morning. Don't take any jewelry or anything of value with you, I left my purse with my husband. It will go smoothly, I didn't get to meet the anesthesiologist before the actual day either, it was fine. You really don't need much, I didn't use half of what I took to the hospital, just stayed with the hospital gown and robe, it works better with the monitors, tubes, IV's they have hooked up to you! My thoughts and prayers are with you!

Cindy, a little case of nerves is to be expected, but you will be fine! No nail polish, makeup, jewelry, lotion, etc. I was allowed deodorant, lol! You are in my thoughts and prayers. Go get 'em girl, it's great to get this over with!!!!

Best of luck! You'll do great. I'm 8 weeks post Ross now and doing great. I'm actually going to play baseball tomorrow. Would have never thought I could do that at 8 weeks. It's crazy how fast you'll improve. My thoughts and prayers will be with you during surgery.

Don't worry, you'll do fine. You sound prepared. Just let the doctors, nurses, and staff do their job. They are there to get you through this and take care of you. Listen to them and thank them every chance you get. Stay positive and strong! Much of the experience depends on your attitude. Good luck! Keep us informed of your recovery progress.

And yes, no jewelry, perfume, lotions, etc.

Hi Cindy,
The anesthesiologists are usually really great. They must deal with patient just before surgery and have a great calming nature.
Did you buy pj's for the hosp or home? I've been looking at them andcantfind anything that's appropriate for the hosp...either too long or too short. I don't think pants would work either.
Hope Monday comes soon so you can get this done and over with. Hugs to you.
