It's been three weeks since my surgery and I did 22 miles last week. I feel good, with a little discomfort and sometimes I'm tired. I'm able to drive short distances now.

Week two is definitely better than week one. Today Brian drove about six miles. I think he was glad to be the one behind the wheel. He was told he could drive 10 days after he was discharged from Duke and today was nine days.

We went to church today and it felt so good to be back. Now it's naptime for Brian -- still catching up on sleep.
