All - I just wanted you to know that I think I'm going to pick a cow valve for my valve replacement if the valve can't be repaired. I've done a lot of reading up on it. Given my age and lifestyle, I think the cow valve is best for me. So you know, the valve is not pulled from the cow's heart like a pig valve. It is actually processed from the pericardial tissue of the cow's heart. The technology these days never ceases to amaze me! MOOOOOO!!!!! Bob P.S. Robin William got a cow valve too.

Hi everybody, I just wanted to thank you all for helping me get mentally and physically prepared for my upcoming mitral valve surgery. Sorry if I've been a little neurotic about the schedule of taking care of me post-op, I just want to make sure everything is place when I get to the hospital, when I get home and when I get ready for cardiac rehab. As y'all know I want to get back in the motorhome asap. Lots of this great country that I want to see! Love, Bob
