About Me (In My Own Words)
I have always been active and a fast walker. In January 2009 while on a trip to Israel and Egypt, I noticed that I was short of breath walking up steep inclines. In February 2010, my doctor sent me for heart stress tests, which indicated Mitral valve regurgitation, as a result of having had rheumatic fever as a child. Considering that we have lived in Papua New Guinea, Pakistan and India for most of the last thirty years, and during that time enjoying excellent health, I am more convinced than ever that God was watching over me. Psalm 73:26 My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever. I am to report to the Foothills Hospital at 9:00 a.m. Sept. 29th
