About Me

I was born with a hole in my heart. It never affected me growing up through school or anything until i got married and started having children. Being pregnant with first child was fine After becoming pregnant with second child was fine until the last two months i was totally out of breath i had a scheduled cecerean after 42 weeks and two weeks later i was told i needed immediate surgery right then to plug the hole because my blood was reguritating during surgery they aslo repaired my valve at the time i was 21 yrs old. I was told at that time my vavle was only repaired and at some point i would have to have surgery again. seven years later i had last child. I am now 36 began to have alot of upper gastric pain which was put off to be acid reflux after seeing that it was not getting any better i went to another group of doctors which have said my valve now needs to be replaced immediately so i told dr i would like to wait until after holidays i would like to spend with my kids and husband so i have been scheduled for January 2012 for surgery as long as i can make it until then if i take it easy and although i have had surgery once im still so afraid of waking up on so many machines its terrifying
