I'm a 32 yr old wife and mother of 5 who and was diagnosed with a bicuspid aortic stenosis when I was 3 mo old. Within the last 3 yrs it has gone from moderate to severe with 2 mini-strokes due to plaque adding insult to injury. I'm currently receiving medical care from a wonderful doctor at the Cleveland Clinic who has given me a probable 2 yr timeframe before replacement is needed.
