About Me

In September of this year I had my annual EKG and it was bad so my doctor sent me to a cardiologist. After a TEE and several other tests it was determined that I needed to replace my aortic valve. I am waiting to meet with my surgeon in two weeks. I am anxious, depressed and totally scared. I have ordered the Heart Valve Surgery book and joined your blog. It is encouraging to read that you felt the same as me!
