My name is Janice Brearley, I'm eighteen and I live in England. I was born with a hole in my heart which led to having open heart surgey at the age of three. This was successful. My family and I were told this would be a one off procedure. Fifteen years on my family and I have been informed I have to have a valve replaced. Were not entirely sure when this can be performed (next 4 months at the most). I'm scared for when this happens and the waiting is an awful feeling.
