Howdy from Texas! My name is Jane and I am an active 64-year old grandma. The docs think I need surgery pretty soon due to my aortic valve which has become very leaky. I have some symptoms but not many. I'm basically short of breath when I go on long walks. That's about it. Personally, I'm not super excited about this whole thing - heart surgery - but what are the alternatives, right? :) Jane
