Hi all. I am a 68 year old female. I am retired, a wife, mother to two adult children and grandmother to seven grandchildren. In 1967 I had Hodgkin" Disease. Two years ago I had my Mitral & Tricuspid valves repaired. Now I am facing my second open heart surgery. This time to replace my Mitral & Arotic Valves. The first time I didn't know what to expect, this time I know what is coming, but much more knowledgeable and scared.
