About Me (In My Own Words)
I was diagnosed with a leaky bicuspid aortic valve over five years ago. Within these last five years, I have learned things that are most interesting. Some doctors are more like robots than humans.
Programmed to do the same operations over and over. They have lost their personnel touch. The first office visit I had was uneasy. My wife sent me a message that I needed to visit the cardiologist asap! The first thing I hear from the doctor was, "you're young, what are you doing here?" He was not that funny. Needless to say I was passed off to his associate.
Needless to say I have learned to laugh at my issues. I told my family that I was in need of a valve job. My mom did not think that was funny. I have researched my options and decided to deal with this calmly. I almost look forward toward this surgery.
