Good Morning Shannon
Good for you. Am curious, did your weight final level off and did you start to regain some of the lost weight. I am doing my own rehab now, (treadmill), too hot to be outdoors. But do miss the commraderie. Keep it up.

I'm only 6 week post-op and enjoying rehab also. Unfortunately, I think I am heading back to work next week and will have to rehab on my own. Glad you are doing so well.
