Really nice to see your updated journal. You are getting super good results. You must be fixed for sure. You must be the bell of the gym with all those older gentlemen there. Good for you. I am enjoying my rehab as well but we are about half and half. Rehab is very much a social club I think as some patients have been going for 7-8 years! Continued success. Cheryl, Ontario

Hi Lucy

Are you sleeping on your back? I found it helpful if I put two pillows behind me and I would go to sleep somewhat sitting up. It took me a while to get used to sleeping like that but eventually I was able to get a decent night's sleep. I am 9 1/2 weeks post-op and I am only just starting to sleep on my left side again. I still have some pain getting onto my left side though - I guess it's going to take more time. I read in bed each night until I was almost asleep and that also helped me settle down. Good luck Lucy.
