Hi Lee I didn't have too much trouble with the Coumadin/Warfarin and I eat lots of leafy greens and cranberry. I just took another 1/4 or 1/2 a pill if I thought I consistently had too much of the wrong thing and I eventually managed to stay within my level... Read more.
