Wow, I've been thinking about you so was really glad to see your journal today. I'm so glad to read you are doing well and back to your busy way of life and now have added heart surgery support groups to your routine. That's a great way to share your experience. Wishing you continued success in your recovery.

Hi Jan

So glad to hear you are getting on with your recovery and it sounds as if so far, so good fits the bill. You are sounding as if you are bouncing back and getting read to run the mile. Wait until you try!!!and that's when reality sets in - a little at a time. I was taking the time (from work) to look through the new journals that are being written. Gosh, Adams site is growing leaps and bounds. I signed on at the beginning and there were only a few of us to draw from and now I find it so interesting to keep checking in and watching other people's experiences. Just a wealth of information. Oops - the boss just got home! Gotta go and make it look as if I'm working at the computer and not screwing around. Cheryl, Ontario
