Ivana, yes, I'm on beta-blockers, but like you, I have low blood pressure and they sometimes cause dizziness. I will have another echo in a few months, which will show if the EF has improved.

I believe everyone has SOME drop in their ejection fracture after surgery....at least that is what my cardiologist told me. Maybe due to scar tissue??? You had a pretty significant drop. Mine went from 63% to 52%.....so not nearly as much. I hope the medication will help. Glad you are... Read more.
