Just reading your blog. In hospital they transfuse us full of fluid which thank heavens goes with the help of the fluid tablets so that would probably explain the weight fluctuation.

Let's not worry about the weight gain. I'm sure with your walking regime you'll be dropping the weight before too long. How far do they want you to walk. If you need a walking buddy you can give me a call.
