It's so great to see your posting and I'm really happy to know you are well. It was a long road to return us to good health but a very successful and worthwhile journey. You have a very demanding job so you had to shape up much quicker than I and I remember reading how quickly you were walking great distanaces and trying to compare what little I seemed to be doing.
