Hey I have been keeping tabs on you and you
are doing great. I cant wait to see you and
visit. our last visit you were so tired I felt guilty bothering you. God is good, I am glad you are doing so well. Love you and still praying. Terri
I just read through your journal and I am so glad you are recovering well. I am in the planning stages for my aortic valve replacement and getting another doctor's opinion. What type of valve did you get and why that valve? If you take coumedin, how is that going?
I pray that you continue to get stronger and better and look forward to hearing back.
Diana, knew you could do it. You come from good stock you know. We are tough. I wish I had someone telling me that when we were loading Ray's trailer and the motor home with boxes and furniture. I decided my next move is straight down and straight up, know what I mean?
Hope to see you at Gram's, (mom's) birthday party. It's going to be a blow out.
So good to hear the great reports, Diana. We knew you could do it with God's help. He's always there isn't it. I love that old song, "He Was There All The Time." We continue to pray for you. Next time we come by, we will have more time to sing and shout!
Diana: I'm so glad to hear that your surgery went well. Sorry it has taken me so long to drop you a note. You have been in my prayers and thoughts. Take care. Let me know when you feel like chatting and I will give you a call.
Hang in there, Di. The worst is over. You will be jogging again real soon. (an assumption on my part). We love you and want to come see you as soon as we can. Sharon and I want to sing with you and Terry again. We got a deal?
Diana... I am so thrilled that you are progressing so well. I'm sure your pain will lessen as you heal. It will just take time, so be patient. Not always an easy task for any of us. I will stop to see you when you get home. Just let me know when you are up to having visitors. Keep up the good work.
Dear Diana, my name is Inge and I have just found out I also need surgery to replace my aortic valve. I am in the severe stage. I found out I had it in 2001 when I was in the hospital for severe chest pains and thought I was having a heart attack. I was only in the mild stage at the time and had no symptoms. Its just been in the last year that I have been having symptoms such as shortness of breath and some tightness in the chest. Just wanted to wish you luck and have a speedy recovery. Inge
Great news that your surgery went well and everything looks good. The Ambassadors met this a.m. and are keeping you in their prayers for a speedy recovery. Joyce, June & I here at the office are also thinking of you. Hurry and get better soon.
Thank God! You remain in our thoughts and prayers. I know you have family who will help keep your spirits up and obey the doctor's after surgery orders. We'll be coming to Scottsbluff in a few weeks and expect to see your smiling face and new zipper. Claire and Dave in Laramie
Hi Diana...it is great to hear you are doing so well...God is SO GOOD! I have been praying for you ever since Terry told about the surgery. As you get stronger each day I am reminded of the song, "One Day at a Time", which is the way God takes care of us...One day at a time...always watching, always caring and always loving! Be assured of our continued prayers...your friend...Roger Becks with NTA of Alabama
Diana - You were SO STRONG to face what we all know was necessary, but difficult. Planning to see you one last time in a few minutes for the night. Thank you to each who has prayed for you each day. Thank you to Mayra, Keli, Rick, & Shellie for visiting today. I am sure that Diana will not remember the visit, but the rest of us will.
Keep getting stronger each day - Love Terry
Praying for you on your surgery day.
I've read your journal & story and will be following your recovery. You sound like a woman filled with joy and are not doubt, a hoot to be around. Tractor cruising? How cool is that?!?
I look forward to reading more.....
God bless you all.
Jesus, I pray in your name asking you to be with our Diana and her doctors as they perform this delicate surgery on her heart. I ask that they will sense your presence with them as you guide their hands and make our Diana well and whole again. I ask this in your precious name and thank you in advance. And I ask that You Will be with her family and many friends who are also looking to you for this miracle. I ask this in your precious name, amen.
You are in Good Hands and they are not All State. His hands are big, strong, loving and gentle all at the same time. He will take your heart into His hands and gently repair it through the gifted doctor you have selected to be used of Him. Our prayers continue through the day. We expect great reports.
Hi, it's the "foodie" from New Mexico who stayed at your motel a few weeks ago...I am the one who tried to teach Keli how to make salsa and tacos...haha :) Just checking on you...been keeping you in my prayers. It is always special to me to meet nice people like you. I will keep checking in from time to time to see how things are going with you. Take care of yourself!!
Diana, glad you had fun driving the tractor, so happy you are doing alright. But I will be glad when the surgery is over and you are geting better. I am not sure if I missed what time you are having surgery. I would love to know so I can pray at that exact time.
