Good Morning Janet

Thank you so much for your encouraging notes to me with my lung setbacks. Hopefully it's all behind me and I can progress with more walking and building my stamina. Cheryl had some great ideas for motivating Atom to get moving. Have you been able to try any of them? Is Atom overweight? Know that makes it more difficult, but hopefully each day is better than the previous one. Please take care of yourself, you are one very special mother!!!
