It sounds you fond the value of suffering; it can be a supper prayer for you family and friends.
I tell my students offer up your future suffering; so you do not have to ask why to God and you can develope a supper prayer with the suffering God bless

Annette how recovery rigth after surgery? Painful? Tolerable? I am so scared and feel alone ready to cancel surgery. I know I am a coward don't know if I can recover from this.

Annette, we are so happy to hear from you! In this long and difficult winter we were hoping that you were healing and taking one day at a time. Please don't push yourself. Keep your eye on the recovery plan. All else is going to work out...one step at time!
We wil be "springing" ahead in many ways and we have a feeling you will be leading the way!

You are making super progress on your journey of healing your happy heart. I am excited to be on the Bike the Drive team! 30 miles on L.S.D. Chi-town; 2d only to the Champs-Elysees. I need to find a helmet cam. Stay calm and keep spinning. love

How nice to hear from you Annette. You are doing great and your words are encouraging. My time is approaching fast as my catheterizatrion and TEE are scheduled this Thursday and so I know surgery is coming. I am exhausted waiting and waiting, now everything is in fast motion.

Sounds like we are recuperating similarly, but that makes sense as your surgery was the day before mine. I started cardio rehab on the 15 th. The surgeons office gave me the Ok last Wednesday to drive myself to cardio and back. It's a mile from my house, just barely out of the housing addition. The was good mental feeling as well. I suspect he will let me drive further once I see him this Wednesday.
Just remember don't overdo it around home. The seemingly little things that cause you to stretch are the tough ones. Good hearing from you.

Congratulation-4 wks post-op and going Warrior Strong. It's 18 in Augusta this AM! Colder than Chiberia. Amazing Grace snuggled indoors with her BFF Davita. Pace yourself next week. Many more years of sunsets to enjoy ahead. Love, mjc

ABC, we are so happy to hear from you. We were concerned that no news was not good news. And now we know better news comes to those who are patient!
If you have to be inside and healing this worked out well since you are missing nothing! No frostbite, no slipping, no being blown inside out.
Our offer is still good. Your wish is our command! We deliver! Keep healing and know that you are missed and we know the road to recovery is before you!
Stay Warm. Be Safe. Don't try anything too challenging!

Good news. Take it easy at home. No more return trips.glad to hear you're heading home.
Went to my first cardio rehab this morning. 15 minutes on the treadmill. I think I could have done a few more minutes, but it's better to work up at a prescribed pace.
Turns out that one of the rehab nurses is a friend/neighbor. It is such a small world.

ABC, glad you're on the move! Also very happy my little cousin is driving the get away vehicle. Hope you are getting stronger. Don't let down or get down or be down. Only you can do the doing. Remember, " if it's going be, it's up to me"
I love you, you are in my prayers! I know you will get stronger! Mark

So happy that you are back in rhythm! I always knew you had rhythm - saw you in a dance class at PU! LOL! Have a safe trip home! Get a shower and lots of rest!

Great news. Sorry you had to go back. I've heard that the open heart surgery can put the hearts electrical functions out of whack. Sometimes it does not show up for months.
I start cardio rehab this week. We'll see how it goes.

Hi, Sunshine! You keep on doing what needs to be done. Soon it will be all better. You are missing NOTHING special. A friend gave me a thistle bag with seeds. I put it out for the little birds before the storm. At one point I looked out and thought the bag was wearing a fur coat. I put my glasses on and discovered it was a gray squirrel hanging upside down on the bag. Needless to say, I bought more seeds and went out to fill it before our nixt Artic blast....full of holes from Mr. Gray!
And that is about as exciting as it is right now. Pull up those covers and try to rest. You are a good healer from inside out. This too shall be history soon!

Your always a delight ABC.
